Ingredient Description:
Ginger Root-A fiercely spicy respiratory stimulus that is also an antispasmodic that helps muscle and head aches.
Oatstraw- A medium-note nervous system restorative.
Licorice Root- A sweet antiinflammatory and antispasmodic to fight coughs and colds.
Cinnamon- A sweet medium-note spice that can regulate blood sugar and fight infection.
Orange Peel -Surprise zest.
Cloves- A familiar spice that's also a tonic and stomachic.
Special Notes: White Chai should be steeped with 4 oz water then joined with warm milk and honey and an extra dash of cinnamon when prepared. One of my customers raved about this tea as her favorite of all chai tea she had tasted. I can't keep enough around the house.
